With the fantasy playoffs kicking off, every snap, every injury, and every decision matters more than ever. This week brings a massive wave of critical health updates — some encouraging, some concerning, and some that will determine whether you advance or go home. Below is your preview, but the full, in-depth analysis is available to subscribers who want a true medical edge heading into Week 15.
Quarterbacks

Jayden Daniels
Injury: Left elbow injury
Analysis: The one thing that couldn't happen, happened. After throwing an interception, Daniels got laid out by a defender blocking and landed directly on his injured left elbow. For Daniels, this clearly rattled things, and he did not finish the game. The good news is he landed with his elbow flexed versus extended, so he did not re-dislocate his elbow, and no additional damage occurred, but this must have hurt a lot. Daniels will not play this week but is expected back this season, and again, this injury won't impact his throwing or rushing.
Tyrod Taylor
Injury: Groin injury
Analysis: Taylor will miss week 15 with a groin injury. The groin muscles play a critical role in rotational motions at the hip, which is critical for throwing. In the presence of a groin injury, pain or injury-associated weakness can really impact throw power and accuracy as well as mobility, and clearly, Taylor is not in a position where he can overcome these injury-induced obstacles.
